- Weekly exterior & interior visual inspection of property (includes flushing toilets, running all faucets, filling p-traps)
- Extreme weather forecast precautionary inspections and post extreme weather/storm inspections
- Change HVAC filters monthly or as recommended by HVAC contractor or manufacturer
- Coordinate pest control treatments (meet service contractor at property)
- Coordinate/inspect landscaping maintenance with landscape contractor
- Housekeeping (weekly, monthly, or quarterly)
- Laundry (all bed linens, towels etc. cleaned, folded, beds made day after you leave or as scheduled)
- Gutter cleaning
- Grocery shopping (your preference of stores, brands, etc.). Items placed in refrigerator, freezer, pantry the day before arrival)
- Transportation to and from airport available. Extreme winter weather 4x4 transportation avaialble
- Delivery for items needing a truck available
